I love they they get involved with as many things as possible. They really make you feel like a peer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Discretionary Time Off (DTO). I love this option because it takes the stress out of vacation days and the "use it or lose it" mindset. It makes for a really awesome work/life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here is a big sports fan which makes for a lot of friendly competition around the office. The environment is very fun and relaxed at the same time, which I feel actually boosts productivity.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the challenge of my work. As a company that is growing rapidly, I'm constantly adapting to new projects and employees. I love that every day here is never the same and the work keeps me on my toes. My coworkers are also the best and make coming into work an enjoyable daily experience.
