Constant goal communication as well as increasing my sense of value to achieving those goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that the team I'm on really wants to do things the right way and even though we're constantly busy, the environment doesn't seem like a high-stress environment .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is extremely laid back which is amazing after adjusting from prior cultures. I also enjoy the pace, at least in accounting, it's a relaxed but very determined culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to check off tasks and projects that immediately affect our company's goals as well as learning more about my field and the company as a whole from behind the scenes.
