My role and engaging with my teams, as well as the people I work with everyday. Having opportunities to expand my knowledge daily, outside of my typical daily duties, helps me grow and progress.

They are always transparent, and just as excited to be a part of Fanatics as I am. Through highs and lows, our leadership always demonstrates positivity and lessons learned, that I know will grow our people, our business, and turn into successes for the future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diverse working environment with many different perspectives brings a new angle to the game, every day. Everyday coming into a positive, motivating environment where feedback is welcome and a game plan is made, with key players from all parts of the business working together for common goals.
