The team that I work with is highly collaborative, which makes it very easy to get things done. I'm also confident that I can ask anyone for help, feedback, or advice at any time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Things are constantly changing, which offers several opportunities to work cross functionally to solve a new problem if you are willing to be proactive about working through a problem rather than wait on someone else to do it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is consistently focused on total company growth, most often through innovative/disruptive methods. While a new method is often challenging at first, it also creates an atmosphere where I am learning to do something new every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
The teams that I work with, both directly for my job function, and the initiative small groups that I work with to resolve issues that do not directly affect my day to day work, but do work toward a better overall culture.
