My manger is very involved, making sure the team is set up for success to meet timelines. Knowing that she genuinely cares about our success is a great feeling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The jersey team works extremely well together and is in constant contact with each other to make sure we do whatever it takes for on time deliveries. Sourcing, merchandising, planning, and PD have such a great relationship and work extremely well together to figure out solutions.
