I feel like my contributions go unnoticed. I do not get rewarded financially for my hard work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need to get rid of the "us vs. them" mentality across departments. We are all one team, but nobody acts like it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people believe in the "work smarter, not harder" mentality. Everyone is very flexible when it comes to scheduling, which is great for someone with a family.
