
For the most part, people actually do seem to enjoy the work we're doing, or at least the sports industry.
I like their transparency about company goals, and the progress towards them. I also like that our leadership team seems compassionate.
I think there is a tendency for people/departments to work independently, rather than communicating effectively and collaborating with others. This often means things need to be redone. I think this largely falls on management, and has been improving slowly.
I think as a whole Fanatics pays on the low end of industry standards, and that some positions have less common titles to ensure that there are fewer comparisons available. Correcting this would boost employee morale overall, as well as adding perks similar to other Tech industry companies.
