The people. I enjoy seeing these people each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Genuine and unpretentious. This is not a place with an "executive dining room" culture - execs are people. Which is nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun and casual. "Work hard, play hard" is a cliche but we do try to live it. And we have a bar in the office!
