Our team acts like a family and genuinely enjoy each other's company even after work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel I'm compensated as much as I should be compared to others at my position or lower. I would feel better if we got raises once in a while based on performance and effort to show how much we mean to the company and not just the small cost-of-living raise that we get every year.
