Different personalities. All pretty easy going - no one has too large of an ego (which you see often in Tech, but rarely at Fanatics surprisingly). Decent skill set.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like that we are not located downtown. Work attire is casual. Humor is always on everyone's mind - so while we all work hard, we all like to laugh whenever possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Technology I work with, knowing I'm working in a "sports" environment & see the products the company makes and sells everywhere I go, and every single day (pride in what the company does), enjoy my team.
