The opportunity to do better and help my team do better and the knowledge that I will be enabled to do that by my execs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
although some interactions are bad, most are good and people truly like to collaborate. The pace is fast and we are always trying to think outside the box. Learning and innovation are not just encouraged they are mandatory to survive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The genuine effort of leadership to help women and minorities with opportunities to succeed. Internships are inspirational and meetups open us to the industry. I never feel like our programs are just face value. They matter to Doug and the execs and to me that means success over time.
