The camaraderie shared by our team is an enjoyable part of the job. We work extremely close and collaboration is frequent and beneficial.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is a large one but there seems to be an obvious variance in the amount of compensation given to various offices throughout the company. I feel that our office is underpaid in comparison to comparable roles in other offices.
