Seem very transparent and honest, while also remaining overall positive, even in difficult times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Folks actually seem to care about the customer/user in all parts of their work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work ethic of the team isn't great, and I don't really have many on my team I really relate to, other than my boss's.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Though we get our work done, the work ethic could be improved. I feel there is a lot of work that gets "phoned in", when something special could be done.
