We all have fun and truly enjoy each other. We also work great together which contributes to the teams overall success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a seasonal employee and do not receive benefits. While I am very happy with my compensation, benefits would make a huge difference to me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was fast paced and seamless. I was contact shortly after I applied for the position and had an offer the day I interviewed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is extremely down to earth, laid back, personable and very knowledgable and motivated about this industry and what they do. On top of being great people, they do great work as well.
