Investing in people who know what they are doing. Not hiring the cheapest option.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload doubles and triples. We take on multiple jobs, and the slack of others without more compensation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The division I work in is treated like a separate company. We don't have the same systems, talent, or support that's provided to counterpart departments. No leadership or direct, or really thought is given to smaller volume areas.
