What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I so appreciate the flexibility and the overall focus on work/life balance. What Fanatics can offer in that regard is something most companies around can't compete with and it's a hugely important factor to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I do think the compensation is somewhat subjective and there are some gender gaps that need to be addressed. But they are being addressed! So that's great. It's a work in progress.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE my team and they are a huge reason why I love my job so much. They are fun, we care about each other and we all carry our own weight and are an effective piece of the pie. There is no competition or jealousy, just support.
What makes you most happy at work?
I genuinely like the people I work with and my boss is THE BEST. She is so fun, positive and knowledgeable and she is 100% committed to making me better. She delivers constructive feedback in such a positive way that it's easy to welcome. She takes care of her team.
