the fact that most people are fairly new to the company creates a camaraderie and liveliness. There's always something new and challenging but people are positive about the challenges.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there needs to be clear compensation standards that not only look at Fanatics locations but measured against the industry. Many compensation options are not available for Fanatics employees while they are standard at other companies/brands.
