I've changed positions in the last four months, and it's been the best adjustment for me. I now have direct interaction with colleagues and a manager that seems to understand my problems, support, and engagement. I've done my best to support staff, and bring new staff to the company. This is great.

That they actually seem to care about the people that work for them, and genuinely want to be inclusive and diverse
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it's everyone and everything. On the tech side of the house, we're concerned about it all, and having everyone involved in helping.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Now that I'm on a team that seems to be collaborate and helpful, I like being able to bounce ideas off of them in a healthy way, schedule team building events, and work together to solve a problem
