What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very approachable, they want to hear from the employees. About as open with information as they realistically can be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary could always be higher but is fair. There seems to be no concrete metric or goal that needs to be hit to receive bonuses though. All seems a bit arbitrary.
