Good culture, people like getting things done, no real egos.

We just complete projects and focus on the outcome. We really are a "team" that has a common outcome.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work and my team. I don't like how much I work and my compensation, but it's a fun job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid fairly emongst my peers. The market shows this and i have to continue to use that as a reference point instead of the company doing the right thing.
