Communication around the office is great. Everybody seem to be able to collaborate with ease. Not cliquey at all.
What makes you most happy at work?
Any situation where I get to be creative. Days where I can do my job without any distractions are redirections.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I am still hourly so I get the option at times to make more in overtime. Only problem is those opportunities have drastically decreased over the last couple of years.
