The acquisition and migration of Nike into the business has been so challenging. I've never had so many problems gaining access to information to do my job as I have in the last few years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a company that has so many newly hired people, the long term employees have not been kept up with fair market value on their salary making leaving the company very attractive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Larger personal work areas. We have such a culture of meetings fostered by the fact that no one has space around their desk for ad hoc discussion without interrupting the whole department. Smaller work areads make us less productive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I fear poor business decisions are being made without being fully vetted financially to risk and impact to the entire business before being implemented. That while management is experienced and smart but never stops to think through all the consequences ...that we are moving too fast.
