What is the best part about your compensation package?
everything is great, I just wish the deductible was at a more reasonable rate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training, know the employees job, contact your employee more that once in a year. If management changed let the employee know before 10 months go by.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It would be nice to be invited to the department events. Be able to talk to someone in my department without setting up a meeting on their calander and book a room.
