I have enjoyed working with Fanatics. My experience has been not a rollercoaster ride, but there have been peaks and valleys. I has shifted with FHI personnel, they come off a little entitled.

I was told that I am not manager material but given no direction.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide competitive salaries, and a leadership track that doesn't include managing people. Standardizing technology tools.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
inclusivity, although there is a lack of representation of latino and african-american in manager roles in TECH.

I enjoy the people I work with, I also enjoy my work with the PRIDE IDEA team.

No information on stock options for employees that have been in the company longer than a year.

We work hard and play hard. We step up when others need help. We don't take life too seriously.
