They are understanding of our life outside of work and flexible with our needs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Office is far, not the best office conditions, talking is discouraged when certain managers are present. Many don't say hello to each other than my direct team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I often do the work of a Manager or Assistant Manager as just a Team Lead. I also think compared to industry salaries I am paid lower than similar roles at other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have sat in a different part of the office where I did not look forward to work, as the culture was poor and no one spoke. I have now moved into a new room where my coworkers are friendly, supportive, talkative, and cooperative.
