What do you like best about the leadership team?

When Doug Mack answers anonymous questions on a live stream town hall. this evokes a kind of honest spontaneity.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team i am on in Jersey Production Art is very fanatics-cultured. Our manager treats us as stewards of the work. We seek out ways to innovate our work and are not hindered except when the idea in practice disrupts others.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The Fanatics Brands division is notoriously known for the majestic-cultured leaders that constantly suppress the fanatics-cultured employees. I have been in the same title for three years and have taken on manager-level responsibilities but yet cannot advance in pay or position.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

For fanatics brands, the times it is most positive is when the cross-department name and number stakeholders get together and streamline issues. Sometimes it is a clusterf*ck, but when we get together and solve a problem, that's when it's worth working at Fanatics.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Old school people will purposefully make something complicated or tell you an idea won't work in order to pad their to-do list and keep themselves relevant. Investing in AEM DAM is a terrible idea. Ask people at Adidas. Adobe forces companies to change to fit DAM instead of change DAM for fanatics.
