
Direct manager is underqualified and has no previous experience in managing people. It shows and it's difficult to be led by someone who has no idea how to do that
I think the last two questions are not a yes or a no but an inbetween. Do I think I'm paid fairly? No. Do I think that they are trying to do a better job of that? Yes. I know last year during merit they really tried to get people up to the right levels as far as pay goes and it's a great start.
