Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems there is difference in salaries, based on college, or negotiating offer, for similar experience people, in India office. I was told at joining also I have demanded less, will join because on good work. But hopeful based on performance it will be increased according to industry standards.
