I feel that i have had the opportunity to grow in my current position very quickly but I am ready for more of that opportunity. I enjoy working here and the environment but often get frustrated with other departments and their lack of knowledge that I then have to provide.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is usually pretty willing to help each other out, especially when they see others are swamped.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having a social committee is a good way to get employees away from their desks and engaged with others. They have fun activities to get involved in and encourage positivity in the workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel the department i am in often gets the short end of the stick and gets blamed for other departments mistakes or lateness. i also was recently promoted to a senior coordinator but have yet to be included in as many meetings and projects as the other seniors.
