Investing in the employees, in terms of competitive pay and promotion opportunities, to keep passionate and talented individuals from leaving to other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are like-minded and talented individuals that I work with. The culture could be improved, however, to cultivate more diversity and inclusiveness within my department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works well together, collaborates frequently, communicates effectively, and all are passionate about the business and what we do on a daily basis. "For Fans, by Fans" is a mantra we live by.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not believe there is an appropriate or fair structure for promotions and competitive pay. There are far too many discrepancies with the levels of pay and the gap between different levels within my department. Previous relevant experience is not considered and challenging to speak up to mgmt.
