Accountability with middle management, specifically manager through VP. Transparency from Middle Management. Specifically everything seems to attempt to be very "hush hush" with any objective, initiative, project or goal. Since the new CPO has arrived the company culture has deminished greatly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In addition to the previous comments in regards to middle management, the new HR initiatives are quite worthless. It is a shame there is money going towards Weight Watchers or Shipt rather than Cash for talent either in base pay or bonus. CPO should not be in charge of furniture.
