Don't get me wrong, I love Fanatics but I always feel like I'm on a roller coaster. There are such high highs and extreme lows.

Working for Fanatics has been challenging but in a great way.

Everyone is very friendly and willing to help each other.

At the end of the day they're great people and they all have each others backs, including mine. I enjoy working with them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do, who I do it for and who I do it with. I am surrounded by a team a young professionals that are similar to myself, so it makes it easy to come to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a young african american female I feel that it's been hard for me to advance and be compensated accordingly. It's easy to see how much I would be valued outside of Fanatics through sites like glassdoor and it's disheartening. I just hope that my hard work, work ethic and loyalty will pay off.
