One word to describe the entire thing, I'd say the environment is somehow like a school. I've been here for a long, and it was such a university during these years. So I'd say it would be my second degree. Of course, there were several hurry-up moments, but it's all part of the learning.
Being able to have such be flexible is somehow fantastic in a remote position. Of course, it's needed to communicate ahead in case there's a long period of absence. And this sort of benefit allows me to be more present and closer to my little one. Able to go to the doctor together, for instance.
