Fanatics was the change of pace I was looking for when I arrived in. I enjoy being a part of something that continues to grow and impact multiple industries. As I mentioned I do feel current staff do get left behind when it comes to market raises on occasion and PCM is too often left on an island.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In trying to hire new talent we struggle with what we can offer to them, and the market value for new employees is more in line with what I make as a manager.
