transparent. very important to me. goals are clear and what we are doing to get there.

We help each other, always having each other's backs, especially when big projects are dumped on us last minute.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my immediate manager and her boss also. As far as the "executive" team goes, I don't really know them at all so it is hard to say how I feel about them.
