For the most part I enjoy working here. It's just the people. They let personal feelings get in the way of what's best for the company. Management rather entertain small issues like eye rolling,etc. But won't address major issues (eating on the floor,not working) with the very ones complaining.

I have gained a few genuine friendships in here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Get to see my friends. I get to learn new tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that they are very encouraging and is making sure that I am on path to accomplishing my goals within the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude!! There is a lot of negative attitudes in here. There are coworkers that are too busy watching what others do instead of doing work. They complain about the most minute things. (someone rolling eyes, the tone of someone's voice,etc.) THEY ARE MISERABLE IN LIFE AND IT CARRIES OVER TO WORK!
