What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers has to think to give promotion. As what is happening now they are just giving credits by words not in action.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The leadership always talking about growth but I dont understand what growth they are referring to as I am now years in Fanatics but no career growth for me. I feel that the managers are holding up career growth here to avoid financial growth.
