Its been chaos from the jump. My training for my position was subpar and not even 2 weeks long. Everything about the production artist position feels chaotic

The entire setup of the production team is a nightmare. its a constant race to put the next fire out
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fix the entire process of how production art runs. We're slammed with work, there's no structure, and half the time we get maybe 75% of the information needed for a job. 90% of the time we have to work on a project twice because we're not given all the info needed
