People need to be less confrontational. There are frequent power struggles. Also communication is very poor between teams.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My work is extreemly dry. Many people in my office are very confrontational. People outside my team do not understand our product and we are frequently blamed for problems that are not our projects fault. The QoL in my office is poor.
