Overall incredibly happy here. I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to start as a contractor and end up promoted multiple times. I wish more decisions included me before outcomes were made.
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy to do my job independently without being micro managed. Would welcome more collaborative requirements across all departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
C level team is very friendly. Makes time to spend a few minutes having direct dialog and takes interest. They appear to be concerned about the well being of all levels.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hungry and Driven. Willing to take on new initiatives and continuously raise the bar. Their direct compensation however does not reflect what they do and the impact they make positively on the company. Commenting here so its captured somewhere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In our offices its Fantastic. Office spaces are nice, lot of great amenities. Where my employees work around the country is definitely not the same. The warehouses do not have anything close to what the corporate office locations do, it is a shame.
