Fanatics was good to me back in the day. But i feel currently they don not care about how dedicated you are to the company or value its employees as much as they used too.

Options to work from home, and make own hours as long as work gets done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work requested of me an hours worked i believe a higher salary would be appreciated.

I was recently transfer to another position that seemed at face value a good fit but after joining theres alot of demand such as working weird hours working weekends and holidays like CHRISTMAS...
