I love working for Fanatics overall - great business challenges, very supportive of my career growth and that of my peers. The only issue with Fanatics is that we don't put people first and that causes significant attrition.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a really interesting business challenge, and a leadership team that supports us taking risks and moving fast. Lots of opportunity to learn, grow, and meaningfully contribute to the top and bottom line of the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fanatics pays under the market rate and rarely closes the gap without being forced by receiving competing offers. This makes it extremely hard to retain good employees. There is no transparency about the value of our stock. Overall communication on comp is poor.
