I get to come to work, execute for interesting and lively brands and come away typically proud of the work I'm doing. Throughout my career this hasn't always been a reality. Working with professional people who're focused on doing the work and doing it right is nice as well.

Goals are clear and objectives for the short term and long term are fore front in my mind as an employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is pretty nice to one another. Been at a couple of other jobs where it's really dysfunctional and a lot of unnecessary yelling and putting down occurred. Thankfully that has yet to happen here.
