I've enjoyed my time at Fanatics greatly. While there are some suggestions I have, overall I enjoy working here and the pros outweigh the cons. I think increasing diversity in the company would bring new perspectives and ideas. I also wish there was more opportunities to move internally within.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competitive pay, clear bonus goals and targets, inflation scale increases.

One of the best parts of my job is getting to work alongside my team/peers. We have fun but get things done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fanatics has a very relaxed environment from a dress code/rule perspective. DTO is also very appealing. It makes it easier for adults with children to have a better work/life balance.

The flexibility and hybrid model have been great. They allow employees time to do things like go to a doctor appointment or have a service call at home while still being able to get work done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It brings me much joy to interact with my direct team daily. Returning to the office 3/2 has greatly improved my overall mental health. It is better for collaboration to meet in person on a weekly basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fanatics is not as competitive as other similar companies from a compensation perspective. The pay structure and bonus structure could be improved significantly to remain competitive. In addition, employees seem disposable to upper management. Nothing is done to retain good employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current salary is not reflective of current inflation. Cost of living continues to increase, however, my pay is not reflective of that at that moment. In addition, it is frowned down upon to discuss pay with HR or management. That does not make employees feel comfortable to discuss pay.
