overall good. some gripes with raises and promotions. there is no set thing, it feels like random people will get promoted. dto and benefits good

pretty open and candid about company goals and performance. don't seem to hide much

as long as you get your work done, no one cares about seat time

fanatics waits until you have another job offer to give you a raise. be proactive about 1) raises or 2) why we haven't gotten a raise. need more constrictive criticism if we're not receiving raises. there is no structure on what we need to hit to be promoted or receive raises
