My job values want me to improve any way I can anything I can at my job and tasks that I can be helpful in. I see many jobs here that are not really linked together (data wise) or challenged to be better. We should be always looking to find ways to improve - perhaps internal task force?

What makes you most happy at work?
When I can actually be engaged. I have over 30 years experience and only recently got moved out of my planning position. I always wanted to grow and use my experience...but seem to be more of a data person now. I feel there are so many areas in need of improvement...but little ways to suggest.
