As a whole, my experience is good. But I think individual experience is determined by the department and team you work under and where that team is located. As a team member based outside of Tampa I feel that we are often an after thought to the executive leadership team.

I have been an employee for 4 years. I think Fanatics has a great future and to this point have met many people here that I plan to have in my network for life

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fanatics seems to care about being a socially and environmentally responsible company. The benefits and flexibility offered is great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An increase in pay of a minimum of 15% due to the value I bring to the company as well as adjusting my compensation for the current economic climate. I should not have to quit my job and work at Chic-Fil-A for a pay increase.
