Overall I am a satisfied employee. I feel that changes could be made in some areas. I am proud to work here but also have concerns for job security. I don't feel like my current leadership follows the moral of the company which makes for a negative work environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for going on 6 years now. I have not received any recognition for my time here while others around me have. I don't feel the pay scale is even between peers. I feel that employees who do the same job should receive close to the same compensation.
