Overall, the experience has been positive. The issues typically stem from new management coming in with thoughts and plans that do not work for the company, trying to change it and then feeling the fallout when it doesn't work,
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good insurance, and the company paying to keep that cost low for the employees. 401K matching as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Researching issues, finding out solutions to problems that crop up with systems or vendors. Also, I have fun celebrating the team and accomplishments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executives seem to be open, honest, and approachable. Everyone from the CEO seem to want to listen and improve things for the company if possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has been together for some time, so it feels more like a family. We are able to work, and laugh and joke to keep the morale up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very diverse, and fun to hear about what different people think about the same thing. Helping new people come in and grow is also a plus.
