I have been here since graduating school. I have learned a lot in my first few years. Now I am coming to 4 years at the company and my later 20s looking for a career. Im not sure if im seeing it here at Fanatics. I love coming into the office. We could use more regular meetings & an HR team here

They are approachable and engaged into the companies goals
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we can laugh and joke easily. when we arent in our busy season there is the respect to leave early to get some personal things done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a friendship and respect, being a satellite office we keep close but our closeness we have done together. We dont have an HR Presence in our office so we dont have any company initiatives here to bond us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company lacks the ability of growth and investment into its employees that it sees with the advancements of the company. I will be with the company for four years and i have only had an 11% raise when I was promoted a level. I have since moved to a better account with no raise.
